Refund policy
Each piece is produced especially for you once an order is placed. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We recommend reviewing all sizing and product information carefully before checkout. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please get in touch — we’re happy to help.
Returns accepted if there are issues with the print or sizing that doesnt match the stipulated size on the webstore. To start a return for these reasons, you can contact us at admin@clubfc.uk Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 13 Hillcrest Road, Deepcar, Sheffield, S36 2QL. Returns sent without getting authorization will be refused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customized items do not apply to this policy. Exchanges or returns under this ruling will be subject to a £20 restock fee.
Refunds
We can only accept cancellations and issue refunds if your order has not yet entered production. Once an item has gone to print, we’re unable to offer cancellations or refunds. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
